We are looking for a Consumer Research Manager with strong expertise to design, execute, and analyze consumer research studies, integrating real-world data with market insights to help leading brands innovate and improve products worldwide.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for a professional passionate about market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Research Design & Execution

  • Design, manage, and execute consumer research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies

  • Select and apply appropriate techniques (descriptive analysis, hedonic testing, difference testing) based on project objectives

  • Ensure high-quality execution across different research formats and methodologies

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze real-world first-party consumer data using statistical tools (ANOVA, PCA, regression analysis, etc.)

  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights

  • Integrate results with market trends and consumer behavior to guide product development

Reporting & Communication

  • Develop compelling, data-driven reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

  • Communicate complex findings in a clear and impactful way

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Project Management, Data Science, Marketing, and Brand teams

  • Ensure alignment between research outputs and business objectives

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and digital tools

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consumer insights or market research

  • Experience in food, beverage, consumer goods, health and beauty, or related industries is preferred

  • Strong understanding of consumer research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques

  • Proficiency in SPSS, R, Excel, or similar tools

  • Proven ability to design and manage research projects

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Strong attention to detail and research quality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and multicultural environment

  • Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Korean, Japanese).
